SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 8, 2005--AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (NYSE:AHS), a leading provider of healthcare staffing services and the largest nationwide provider of travel nurse staffing services, will present on Thursday, February 17, 2005, at the Smith Barney Citigroup 2005 Small & Mid-Cap Conference, taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Steven C. Francis, AMN Healthcare's chief executive officer, and David C. Dreyer, chief financial officer, will provide an overview of the company and discuss the company's current operating environment and business strategy at the conference beginning at 1:05 p.m. PST.
