    Tomya Watt is the Chief People Officer at AMN Healthcare, where she leads human resources and enables the company’s culture. Ms. Watt is responsible for maintaining AMN’s long-standing tradition of inclusion and diversity and for implementing strategic programs that ensure every team member works within a culture of positivity, inclusion, equity, and belonging.

    Ms. Watt brings extensive experience as a human resources executive within the healthcare industry and has a proven track record of cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging as the foundation of a high-performing organization.

    Previously, Ms. Watt held senior leadership positions at Kelly Services, Inc. and Comerica Bank. Most recently, she served as interim Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Diversity Officer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. During her 15 years at Memorial Sloan Kettering, where she held a variety of senior-level positions, she championed innovative strategies to enhance employee engagement, optimized the talent acquisition process, and drove DEI awareness to enhance patient experiences.

    Ms. Watt holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Spelman College and an MBA from Howard University.

      Brian Scott serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at AMN Healthcare, where he is responsible for leading the finance and enterprise operating functions of the company.

      Previously, Mr. Scott served as the Chief Financial Officer at healthcare service providers TheKey and ShiftKey. Most recently, Mr. Scott served as Chief Financial Officer at Jack in the Box. Before that, Mr. Scott joined AMN Healthcare in 2003 and served as Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer from 2011 to 2021. During his original time with AMN, he also served in several other senior leadership positions.

      Mr. Scott serves on the Board of Community Care Partners, a private equity-backed operator of urgent care centers, as well as on the Board of Thriveworks, a leading mental health provider of therapy and psychiatry services.

      Mr. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
